How does Geek Squared All Access work?
Geek Squared All Access is similar to a traditional retainer in that you are allotted a set number of hours each month in which Geek Squared will perform design, marketing, social media and tech support items.
- As a subscriber, you'll be able to submit tasks via web or or via a dedicated email address.
- Our team will begin working on your task until complete (unlimited revisions included). Each task is time-tracked against your allotted number of hours available and each month
- You'll receive a report on the previous month's work and how your hours were used.

How do I submit tasks or requests?
You can submit tasks/requests/orders via our support email: support@geeksquared2.com. You'll receive a confirmation email after each new request.
How quickly will my requests be completed?
Turnaround times depend on the type and size of the request. Most standard design or tech support tasks are completed within 2–4 business days. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, but we’ll always communicate timelines upfront. All Access Premium clients receive priority turnaround for urgent requests.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours do not roll over and unused hours are non-refundable.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Overages (additional hours beyond the retainer) are billed separately at $99/hr
How do I track my hours and completed work?
You’ll receive a monthly summary report showing tasks completed and hours used.
Is onsite tech support available?
Yes. Onsite support is available for clients within the Columbus, Ohio metro area and can be scheduled as needed. Onsite visits use 1/hr minimum.
What types of projects are included?
All Access covers most ongoing creative, marketing, and tech support needs—such as graphic design, ad creation, social media assets, website updates, and IT troubleshooting. Large-scale projects like full website rebuilds or enterprise IT deployments may require a separate agreement.
